Refund policy

• Refund requests. Email care@haatopia.com with your order number and the reason. We review each request and reply by email.
• Tasks that fail quality checks. If a task does not pass QC and cannot be reworked, its credits go back to your Haatopia account.
• Free Trial Pack. The Trial Pack (code TRIALPACK) is free and has no refund.
• Credits we cannot add. If we cannot add the credits you paid for, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.
