These terms apply when you use haatopia.com or buy credit packs from it. Work you order on app.haatopia.com is also covered by the terms shown there.

  1. Who you're dealing with. haatopia.com is run by Brand-gateway Technologies Private Limited, Pune (CIN U70200PN2023PTC219355).
  2. Credits. Credit packs are prepaid credits for services delivered through app.haatopia.com. Each task and campaign kit has a fixed credit price, shown before you order. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  3. Prices and payment. Prices are in Indian rupees and shown at checkout. Payment is processed through Shopify checkout.
  4. Delivery. Credits are added to the Haatopia account for the email used at checkout. Each task is carried out by an identity-verified executive, checked by a quality reviewer, and delivered with proof of work.
  5. Acceptable use. You may not use Haatopia to order fake reviews, paid links, fake engagement, or anything that breaks the rules of the platform where the work appears, or the law. We may refuse or stop such orders.
  6. Content on this site. Case studies and guides are for general information; they describe what other brands did and are not a promise of results. Brand names belong to their owners and are used only to describe their work.
  7. Refunds. See our refund policy.
  8. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
  9. Law and disputes. These terms are governed by Indian law; courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
  10. Changes. We may update these terms; the version on this page with its date applies.
